Allan Green is a better fighter when there's room to punch. Andre Ward backed Green into the ropes, put his head on Green's chest, and banged away. Allan Green cannot fight in a telephone booth fight at all. He's a better puncher than Ward, but not in extremely close range. Andre Ward showcased the way to beat Allan Green: rough him up on the inside where the taller, longer, stronger fighter can't punch.
